Mr. Sliva has a history of treated HCV, pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed histologically in 1998 by left upper lobectomy due to suspected neoplasia and toxic hepatitis.
In Aug 2014, due to rapid onset of sever cerebellar ataxia, imbalance dysarthria, a paraneoplastic subacute cerebellar degeneration related to limited-stage small cell lung cancer was diagnosed. He was treated with concurrent chemo-radiotherapy. Until now, there is no evidence of recurrence of the disease.
